Why Reward Management

So, as part of an employer’s financial strategy there needs to be a design, implementation and maintenance of reward practices that improve organizational, team & individual performance.

The objective of reward management is to support the achievement of business strategy and encourage other Human Resource initiatives like development, resourcing and employee relations.It is concerned with developing a positive employment relationship and psycological contract which embraces both financial and non-financial rewards in accordance with the value that people create.
