Could you suggest me whether CIPD certification to my M.Sc HR from bedfordhsire uni will really add a value to my future career

  2. admin says:

    Thanks Manoj :-)
Well 1st of all congrats for getting through to Bedfordshire Uni for MSc HR.
A CIPD certification is a definite advantange to one’s HR career..not only does it stress on personal development but also allows broad networking..Moreover many reputed companies in UK hire only CIPD trained HR professonals..so you have an advantage on the job scene too.
    All the best !

I have done mba in hr from sikkim manipal and now want to prsue cipd, but cant go uk for certification, but after getting i can go for job?please suggest me way.

  8. KD says:

    Hi GMehta

You need not go to UK specifically to get CIPD certification. It can be applied for online but only provided you meet the admission criteria which is explained in detail on the CIPD site at:
    http://www.cipd.co.uk/Membership/choose/direct-admission.htm

Once you attain admission & give required exams to qualify as a fellow member, you can start applying for jobs in UK. If all goes well & an organization is willing to give you a work permit, nothing like it ! :)

I would also suggest you contact CIPD directly by emailing at: memdev@cipd.co.uk or alternately filling the form available at: http://www.cipd.co.uk/Contactus?sc=EMAIL2

    All the Best :)
